01 Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to alderdevelopment.com, the website operated by Alder Development Group, LLC. Alder is a real estate development firm based in McKinney, Texas, building rental housing communities across Texas and select high-growth markets. References to "we," "us," "our," or "Alder" below refer to Alder Development Group, LLC.

02 Scope

This policy covers personal information collected through this website. It does not cover personal information collected by third-party services we link out to, including our investor portal hosted by Agora Real. When you leave this site for a linked service, that service's own privacy practices apply.

03 Information we collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily submit through our forms:

• General inquiries. Your name, email address, an optional topic selection, and your message.
• Broker and deal submissions. Your name, firm name, the property or location you are submitting, your contact details (email or phone), optional acreage, optional product-fit selections, a description of the opportunity, and any optional file attachments you choose to upload.

Our web host also records routine server logs — IP address, browser type, request timestamps, and the page requested. This is standard server-side logging used to keep the site running and is not combined with form submissions to track individuals over time.

04 Information we do not collect

This website does not use cookies. We do not run analytics scripts (no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Mixpanel, no equivalent). We do not embed tracking pixels. We do not build behavioral profiles. The only personal information we receive from you is what you choose to send us through a form.

05 How we use what you submit

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your inquiry or message;
• Evaluate broker and deal submissions and follow up if appropriate;
• Follow up on investor interest and conduct the relationship-building steps that precede any private offering;
• Maintain records as required by applicable laws, including securities regulations governing our investor relationships.

We do not use submitted information for advertising, lead-sale, or third-party marketing.

06 Who we share it with

Form intake. Our website forms are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), which delivers each submission to our team's inbox. Formspree's handling of the data is governed by Formspree's Privacy Policy.

Investor portal. Our investor portal is hosted by Agora Real. When you choose to express interest as an investor or log in to the portal, information you provide there is governed by Agora's Privacy Policy. We are notified of new submissions and review them.

Service providers. We may share information with vendors who help us operate (for example, email hosting), bound by confidentiality and limited to what is necessary.

Legal disclosures. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

07 How long we keep it

We keep submitted information for as long as we need it to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a submission, or maintain the relationship. We also retain records for periods required by applicable law and recordkeeping rules — including, for investor-relationship records, retention periods required under federal and state securities regulations.

If you ask us to delete information we no longer need to retain by law, we will do so.

10 Children's privacy
